With your permission, your data will be processed for the following purposes: • Selection of participants for the MIAPbP program you are registering for • Planning of and communication in the process of said MIAPbP program • Monitoring key figures regarding the performance of MIAPbP and its individual programs (number of registrations, length of stay, gender ratio, country diversity, etc) • Your data will only be shared with the scientific coordinators responsible for the program as far as neccessary regarding the process of the program • Your name and affiliation will be published on the MIAPbP webpage • Your name, email address, affiliation and program information will be stored in order to be able to inform you about upcoming MIAPbP programs, news and events You can withdraw your consent anytime without any effect regarding the legitimacy of the processing of your data based on the prior consent (based on article 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR General Data Protection Regulation). If you withdraw your consent, the controller will without delay delete all of your personal data. Please keep in mind that in case of a withdrawal of consent regarding any of the processes mentioned above, participation in the respective MIAPbP program is no longer possible. Your data will be deleted in January the year after your program participation. Please send any notice of withdrawal of consent to info@munich-iapp.de By law, all participants have the right of information, rectification and erasure of their data. Furthermore they have the right to restrict or to object to the processing of their data, including data portability. All participants have the right to complain and/or to appeal to the Bavarian commissioner for data protection.
